WebRebind Method. You can refresh the Grid data by using the Rebind method exposed to the reference of the TelerikGrid. If you have manually defined the OnRead event the business logic defined in its event handler will be executed. As part of our 3.0.1 release we introduced the Rebind method to the component reference. WebStateHasChanged. This method notifies the component that its state has changed. It is called after any lifecycle method has been called. It can also be invoked manually to trigger a UI re-render. This method looks at the value returned from ShouldRender to decide if a UI re-render should happen.
