WebMay 1, 2014 · The rectifier is not so much the issue, where it is mounted is the problem. Too much heat from the headers and radiator destroy it very quickly. Since it was relocated on the K8 model you see very few threads on this forum about the issue. The K6/7 forum is full of them. Very poor postioning by Suzuki on this model.
