Pay attention to which enemies are building it, and position/act accordingly. Rod of Asclepius and it's physical counterpart (I think they added one recently?) can help mitigate it's effects a little. WebBonus speed, attack speed, anti heal, %pen, cooldown, bonus power. And all crit items have a ton of power now. Current crit is 400 power, max attack speed, 100% crit with some lifesteal and pen. Old crit you had to make choices. Maybe only build crit on characters with attackspeed stims so you don't build attack speed items.
